Military Air Bases

  • Cairo West Air Base (Peace Vector IV Project):
    • Package A (ConTrack): Crafted full electrical installation shop drawings for specialized base installations, specifically the Parachute Facility and the Unit Training Device (UTD) centers.
    • Network Flow Analysis: Conducted technical coordination blueprints and base-wide electrical grid load-flow grid simulation analysis, ensuring all material choices met strict US Army Corps of Engineers architectural standards.
    • Package B (AICI Special Projects): Handled the total electrical construction design layout for 22 specialized tactical facility buildings constructed to service active F-16 Air Fighter operations.
    • Safety & Execution Controls: Engineered calculation sheets for specialized Lightning Risk Assessments, short-circuit tolerances, voltage drops, and system selectivity. Provided on-site engineering field support and component identifiers.
  • El Meleiz Air Base (Sinai Military Infrastructure):
    • Base Utilities Engineering: Completed the complete mechanical and electrical design plans for active military-side air base operational facilities and dormant support setups.
    • Civic Utility Grids: Engineered the base-wide site utilities infrastructure network including medium voltage loops, low voltage layouts, step-down transformer stations, water lines, sewage plants, firefighting mains, and irrigation pump buildings.
    • Airfield Illumination: Engineered complete lighting systems for tactical roads and major Apron airfield runway lighting grids in line with CSI standards.
  • Multinational Forces & Observers (MFO) Air Bases:
    • Serviced as the prime electrical engineering consultants across Sinai for both the MFO North Camp (Arish) and South Camp (Sharm El Sheikh).
    • Converted older diesel generation configurations into advanced 22 KV medium-voltage utility distribution systems.
    • Developed custom 22KV Automatic Voltage Regulators, rehabilitated aging 6.3 KV gear setups, replaced 10 separate regional substations, and designed new multi-megawatt stations (like Substation SS1X with 2×1000 KVA units).
