- Sadat City Assembly Plants:
- Multi-Brand Assembly Overhauls: Engineered complete electrical and mechanical construction drawings for high-capacity Body Shop assembly lines inside the Sadat City factory main bay to facilitate three major vehicle launches: the Haval Jolion, Changan EDO Plus, and the FOTON Mini-Bus series.
- Heavy Utility Support: Designed completely new integrated industrial mechanical and electrical utility loops for the plant to handle the heavy manufacturing draw of the expanded body line spaces and structural Paint Shop hangars.
- Legacy Truck Lines: Provided specialty production grid design layouts for the Mitsubishi truck assembly sections and Hyundai/Verna car manufacturing zones.
- GB Polo Bus Facility:
- Produced the comprehensive electrical architectural layouts and power distribution systems engineering for the sprawling GB Polo mega-bus assembly and manufacturing plant within the industrial zone.
- Regional Service Network Infrastructure:
- Abu Rawash Logistics Base: Provided structural layouts for a new high-efficiency body shop space dedicated to TukTok manufacturing (Prima), alongside the electrical systems for the primary on-site Corporate Office and central IT/Data Center buildings.
- Paint Shop & Maintenance Points: Drafted international-standard technical paint booth electrical systems for the Prima facility, alongside standard service center builds for specialized commercial line trucks, consumer logistics center locations, and specialized points (Damietta, CITI, Q22 hubs).
- Complex-Wide Safety Links: Designed and implemented a modern centralized fire alarm and notification network linking all disconnected assembly factories and storage warehouses.
