Hotel Groups & Master-Planned Resorts
- Six-Star Resort Hotel (El Gouna): Produced complete luxury hospitality interior and exterior MEP installation blueprints, custom utility distribution loops, and outdoor lighting. Handled the design of underlying support infrastructure, including transformer modules, local sewer stations, and specialized domestic/fire water booster pump houses.
- New El Gouna City Master Grid Expansion: Drafted full master engineering utility networks across the resort town. Designed core 22 KV distribution loops, primary switch stations, and localized low-voltage connection drops powering hospitality properties, public zones, golf courses, and marina docks.
- Makadi Bay Hotels & Master Infrastructure: Delivered structural MEP design portfolios for the 4-Star Makadi Beach Hotel resort properties, alongside surrounding master infrastructure blueprints. Engineered desalination plants, deep deep-water supply wells, centralized municipal water storage tanks, town housing networks, and municipal wastewater processing/treatment centers.

- Cairo Festival City (CFC) Cinema Complex: Engineered all electromechanical files for the massive 20-screen premium cinema venue. Work included designing the centralized air conditioning power loops, acoustic sound structures, digital cinema equipment control panels, interior architectural and decorative lighting grids, access restrictions, and emergency multi-level generator backups.
- HSBC Bank Corporate Headquarters & Call Centers: Executed extensive structural diagnostic audits and safety checks on active life safety setups at the primary Maadi Headquarters and the global Call Center complex inside Smart Village. Formulated critical cause-and-effect matrix paths matching modern NFPA 72 regulations, audited lightning dissipation arrays, and supervised contractors during code-mandated grounding loop rebuilds matching NFPA 780 rules
Ghabbour Automotive Complex
- Sadat City Assembly Plants:
- Multi-Brand Assembly Overhauls: Engineered complete electrical and mechanical construction drawings for high-capacity Body Shop assembly lines inside the Sadat City factory main bay to facilitate three major vehicle launches: the Haval Jolion, Changan EDO Plus, and the FOTON Mini-Bus series.
- Heavy Utility Support: Designed completely new integrated industrial mechanical and electrical utility loops for the plant to handle the heavy manufacturing draw of the expanded body line spaces and structural Paint Shop hangars.
- Legacy Truck Lines: Provided specialty production grid design layouts for the Mitsubishi truck assembly sections and Hyundai/Verna car manufacturing zones.
- GB Polo Bus Facility:
- Produced the comprehensive electrical architectural layouts and power distribution systems engineering for the sprawling GB Polo mega-bus assembly and manufacturing plant within the industrial zone.
- Regional Service Network Infrastructure:
- Abu Rawash Logistics Base: Provided structural layouts for a new high-efficiency body shop space dedicated to TukTok manufacturing (Prima), alongside the electrical systems for the primary on-site Corporate Office and central IT/Data Center buildings.
- Paint Shop & Maintenance Points: Drafted international-standard technical paint booth electrical systems for the Prima facility, alongside standard service center builds for specialized commercial line trucks, consumer logistics center locations, and specialized points (Damietta, CITI, Q22 hubs).
