EMCB provided the following design documents and site
supervision for the following:

1. Infrastructure electromechanical design works which
   includes 22KV network, 22/0.4 KV Transformer Substations,
   Low Voltage Network, Housing connections, Street Lighting,
   Water supply Network, sewer network and irrigation
   networks.
2. Infra structure stations which includes the following [ Main 22
   KV Switchgear, Transformer substations 22/0.4KV,
   Desalination Plant and wells, Potable water station, sewer
   station, sewer treatment station, irrigation station.
3. Interior Design of Electrical, HVAC and
   sanitary works for all housing units.
4. Tamr Henna and El Khan Buildings.
5. Main gate and security building.
